Marcel started his career at Randstad ending at management level after only 11 years. However, he felt the need to do it himself. He started his own company, Flex. Flex became one of the bigger companies in flexible workforces. A merger followed and at the age of 38, Marcel chose to go his own way.


A period of searching followed. Now, he’s helping other entrepreneurs building a solid growth strategy with Peak Value, which will soon be an international force to reckon with.


Lex Beijer started his career in the IT industry at Multihouse and Roccade. After several years he decided to change his path. In 1994 he started two companies, and in 2007 he managed a company with 75 employees, €10M turnover and a healthy profit. In 2008 this company was acquired


After some time off, Lex met two young high potentials. He's now starting up a new company, learning his two associates all he can!

Marcel and Lex will share their story on their successful career as entrepreneurs.
