Robin van Scheers- Executive turn-around specialist
Robin van Scheers is an executive turnaround specialist, concentrating on value creation and recovery in the Consumer goods & Telecom industry.
He held several Senior management, CEO and CFO positions in both medium sized companies and large internationally oriented companies and always works in the interest of the investor.
Previously, he worked for a leading Strategy consulting firm Arthur D. Little and he started his career at Unilever in the detergents industry, working in both financial and marketing/sales positions.
Robin holds a MSc in business engineering from the University of Twente and an EMSc in Finance and Control from the Free University in Amsterdam.
Lex Roukens- Pragmatically broad orientated financial specialist
Lex Roukens is an internationally oriented financial executive, having worked as investment banker, group treasury director and CFO accross many countries.
He started his career at Volmac Software Group. Thereafter, he spent over 10 years working in the Telecoms Media & Technology investment banking practice of ING Bank and TD Securities'in Amsterdam, Singapore and London, and subsequently served as CFO at Fronter (e-learning) and most recently Spyker Cars.
In between, Lex was Group Treasury Director at Zain/Celtel, a leading mobile operator in Africa and the Middle East serving over 70 million customers.
Lex holds a BBA and MBA from Nyenrode University.
