Effective performance management system is very essential to businesses. Regardless of your industry or niche, if your employees are not engaged, they will be less happy, less productive, deliver lower rates of customer satisfaction, and even stay with your firm for shorter periods.
 
As per the current situation of Lock-down just because of Covid-19. So I want to know the effective tips and tricks that can really beneficial for Performance Management in the Social Distanced World.

• avoid a noisy office garden;
• avoid that hovering boss;
• spend less time on the way from home to work and back;
• play the music they like without bothering co-workers;
• spend less time in useless meetings;
• drink decent coffee instead of the office swill;
• eat healthy food instead of the the junk food from the cafeteria;
• basically just get down to work,

then you could kill a lot of birds with one stone.
