Reflexology, check with the municipality?

Hi. I am studying Reflexology and would like to start working at home or going to homes.  Is this ok  or do i need to check with the municipality?

For starting to work at home you should check with the municipality just to be sure.  Also you need to register yourself at the chamber of commerce.
