Doing a dropshipping business on an HSM Visa?

HI,

I would really appreciate if anybody can provide a confirmation whether somebody who is in Netherlands on a HSM visa can also start an online e commerce store/ Dropshipping store. Are there any formalities which needs to be done to start such businesses in Netherlands.

The HSM visum seems to be just for employment through a sponsor. Self employment requires a separate visum. But I am not sure that under an HSM visum you can't start your own company. Best call the IND, the Dutch immigration services.

I had a word with IND and they confirmed that I can do a dropshipping business and gave me a site to register it.
