We aim to make a B2B software product aimed at serving business users. We are contemplating offering paid and free versions. For the paid version, the term is 1 year subscription. Can I automatically downgrade the business user to free version if they have not paid the subscription fee even after reminder to pay? Or this there any law which gives some obligation to not discontinue the paid service version to that customer?
I would really appreciate your insights and comments on this.
