Opening a company - Dutch Business Register

Hi, 

I have a brand which calls "bebemotto" we sell -  nursery curtains, rugs and duvet sets. We already sell these goods through platforms such as etsy, website and local platforms. And we already send our goods as a wholesaler to Holland. We are a manufacturer, we design, make customization and stitch and send them to 34 countries. 

 

Now, I will have my residency through my fiance in a month. So how should I establish my own company for e-com platforms bol.com and amazon.com etc? What steps should be first? And how is the budget, do I need to work with an agency or third party? 

And our big market is in Germany. With dutch company can we sell in Germany too?
