That won't be an issue, I think. Then I think you can just go to the bank (but this is not quite my cup of tea).

Bedankt voor je reactie. Ik heb bij banken en financiers een lening aangevraagd, maar zij hebben een onderpand nodig, zoals een huis, en dat heb ik niet. Ik heb een bedrijf nodig dat garantie kan bieden.

As the name suggests, you might be able to finance something if someone, a private individual, is willing and able to guarantee the financing. So on the one hand you will have to find a financier who is open to that option and on the other hand a (number of) private individual(s) who are willing to guarantee it. Have you already explored your options with financiers or crowdfunding platforms?

Ik wil een lening afsluiten en ik heb geen huis dat ik als onderpand kan indienen, maar ik kreeg het advies om bedrijven te proberen die deze service aanbieden, maar het is niet eenvoudig om er een te vinden.

Ik zal alle mogelijke hulp waarderen.

I have a some concerns about buying over a promising cosmetics shop with good financial figures before the whole Corona crisis. 

What is your opinion about taking over a new business at this time of financial crisis?.

Is this a good time or it is too risky?
