Navigating the Shift from Freelance Developer to IT Entrepreneur

I’m a freelance developer with several years of experience in web and app development & I’m now considering transitioning to becoming an IT entrepreneur. I have a few ideas for tech products but am unsure where to begin in terms of scaling my business. I’d like to focus on building a sustainable startup that can eventually offer solutions on a larger scale, but I’m finding the leap from solo development to managing a team and a product quite daunting.

What are some key steps I should take to set up a solid business foundation? Are there particular tools, frameworks, or strategies that have worked for others transitioning into entrepreneurship in the IT sector?
