Thank you Sir. I am wondering if this "doel" is OK for my BV to have contractual/business agreement with both natuurljk personnen and bedrijven? Or should I add/edit something in the "doel".

Beste Lezers, I am sorry to post in engels as my dutch is little poor at this moment. I am in the process of registering a BV which will develop an online platform to connect service providers (bijvoorbeeld schoonmaakhulp) to people looking for such service in their homes or kantoor. So my "klanten" are 2 types: 1. natuurljk personnen 2. bedrijven. I am looking for any "suggestie voor wijzigen" of "doel". The "Doel" section in "oprichtingsakte" is: "het ontwikkelen van een online platform waarmee serviceproviders hun potentiële klanten kunnen vinden alsmede het ontwikkelen van andere ICT-gerelateerde oplossingen voor bedrijven" Bij voorbaat bedankt. Met vriendelijke groet
