Thank you for your input Cosara, I appreciate it. What I am thinking is the following, I have (hypothetically) a holding BV and an operating BV (as well as participation in other companies). I am considering investing in an office space for the Holding BV, let's say, to be built in the garden of my personal home. Is that an expense that could be 'placed' on the Holding B.V.? Moreover, is a holding BV a good place to purchase / store assets such as Stocks, Bonds, ETFs, Cryptocurrencies, etc?

Can a holding have operational items such as a laptop, office, etc or is it just an instrument to store value in participations of businesses?
