  1. I'm still in touch with the Logistic partner in Schiphol and they said, there is no incoming shipment under my name. I still can track the DHL tracking number, but they are has been stuck in Tilburg since April 19.
  2. I'm really sorry for my English. I dont mean to that. I just want to hear an opinion regarding my case from other point of views, especially from Netherlands citizen. Anyway, thanks for the solution.
  3. My name is Dedi, I'm from Indonesia represent my company CV. Melvins. I want to apply request for consultation regarding problem with our company partner which is Netherlands company. On the 1st April 2022, the purchase transaction has been agreed between us with the total amount of transactions EUR 10,720.00 (including VAT). Which has been paid in full on 1th April 2022. The Supplier promising to ship the products by hand delivery or directly by them without involving any other third party, from the origin location in Tilburgseweg to the destination address in Schiphol Airport. But in the end they decide to ship the products using DHL Parcel on the April 19th 2022. Which is up to today's date, the shipment haven't arrived yet on the destination, in fact the tracking result didn't show any update. Also I find some abnormality on this case, as below : • The distances from Tilburgseweg to Schiphol Airport can be reach only with 3 hours driving, and the DHL parcel confirmed when things on schedule it only takes a day to deliver. • The dimensions for the produtcs shipment is 120 x 80 x 65CM with total weight 240KGS. With such large dimensions and such a short delivery time and distance would be hard or nearly impossible for shipment to be just lost without anyobody notice. I'm aware, certain factors can occur outside of concern. But as all the aspect we mentioned above, DHL Parcel wouldn't be difficult to identify the shipment and didn't need such a this long time investigation process. I'm try to communicate with the Supplier, he agrees to help us to fill a claim to DHL and just that, without any update information till now. In fact, he didn't response me at all recently, also DHL refused to give any information as the Sender only obligate for these. With all due respect to the law and constitution of the Kingdoms of Netherlands and the Netherlands Government's, we're seeking a help as well as directions to solved this matter from the fellows of Netherlands enterpreuner.
