Yusuf Ibrahim's trofeeën

  1. Hi all, I have been given an offer by a company that is based in the USA. The company does not have a legal representation in the Netherlands. I was wondering what are my options to legally work for them. 1. Can I just sign a contract with them directly and then file my taxes as income from abroad and arrange my own pension ? 2. Or would it be better if I create my own single person (ZZP) company and sign with them as a customer? To my understanding, deductibles and the tax benefits that a ZZP'er might get and will not apply to me as my income comes from a single source and it is a form of employment. Does anybody have any advise to share regarding this? That would be appreciated. Thanks
