Hi there, I'm leaving my current job (which I benefit from the 30% ruling), and I'm already in the process of creating my BV company. I'm going to need to employ myself on payroll to continue to receive the benefit. For that, I was wondering if there's some kind of template that I can use to draft my own contract. Is there? Also, I have some questions: 1. The salary amount can be variable? 2. Can the amount of hours worked be variable in the contract? Those questions are motivated by the fact that I'll work more than 40 hours a week.
