Like The Village, 30ml, Keen, Dagger, Koffieboontje, Blackbird, Koffie Leute, the list goes on and on. Same goes for a community space, you'll need precious and expensive m2 in Utrecht. If you want to try it, I suggest you do research in the surrounding suburbs instead of the city center. A local coffeebar where people know your name, acts as a neighbourhood place to get together, that might work. In some areas of Utrecht. How you recalibrated it as a place to also get cables, safe WiFi etc, that might be an interesting way to approach your complete businessplan. With the current climate where people are more aware of secure online access, a place to maybe have someone repair your hardware... you might also want to look into the various repaircafes in Utrecht.
