      Hi all, launching a color cosmetics brand (lips, eyes and cheeks category) in NL targeting EU, first sales Oct/Nov 2026 (Amsterdam-based). Planning: Q1-Q2 2026: trademark filing, sampling, manufacturer talks (MOQs €10-20k), branding Mid 2026: sign production contracts Sept 2026: launch DTC Dilemma: Eenmanszaak first (simpler admin, no DGA salary yet) then convert to BV, OR straight BV from May/June 2026? Worried about: Personal liability on manufacturer contracts/product claims before sales start DGA salary if BV early 2026 but no revenue yet Tax/switching costs later What would you do? Founders who did cosmetics/beauty - eenmanszaak phase or BV day 1? Thresholds/experiences?
