Tips voor het starten van een uitzendbureau

Hello everyone,

 

Me and a friend want to start up an "uitzendbureau" in the Netherlands. Both of us studied there for 4 years but unfortunately neither of us can speak Dutch fluently. We will be targeting clients that need unqualified workers for cleaning, agriculture, construction jobs, etc. and will "import" those unqualified workers for either a temporary or full-time contract from Bulgaria. We have a couple of questions regarding this project.

 

1. What would be a reasonable start-up capital? We believe there isn't a lot to invest in other than rent, a computer, a phone, a mini-van and administration costs. What would be the minimal costs in your opinion?

 

2. What legal form should we choose - partnership, limited partnership, one-man business, etc.

 

3. Is it possible to register the company at the address where we will live? Would potential clients actually want to visit us at our office?
