I hope it is OK to write in English.

Together with another two person we are looking to start up a business related to party / event organisation.

Our business model involves food in terms of cakes and small bites although not a full catering concept.

 

We are trying to investigate the market readiness for this business and so far we have looked into the “cijfer en trends” of the "Horeca en Recreatie” branche although we are wondering if there could be another branch that can give us more insight on how the market is foreseen for 2016. The “Horeca en Recreatie’ branch focus a lot on cafe, restaurants, hotels, increase of tourism, location etc…but doesn’t really cover the event / party planner type of business.

 

Do anyone on this forum know if there is another branche that could offer us some more information?
