Dear All,
I really couldn't foresee before i start reading this thread, that i will change my mind :) Thanks to BonosMores, and all others that raised their opinions.
And i hope you don't mind if i write in english since i can't cope with your level of dutch here, but well, i can read it with no problems.
I have only one question before calling BonosMores tomorrow and ask for a ltd company,
How about getting subsidies, grants and incentives? We have been asked numerous times with "Where is your company is located?" I haven't paid much attention to that till i started thinking about a Ltd. instead of a BV...
Belastingdienst papers really look scary to me! What if british lawyers charge more at least I'd understand what they are talking about... Don't forget that they also have to pay for that funny wigs, whereas dutch lawyers don't :)
Greetings...
