      We zijn een Nederlands detacheringsbedrijf. Nu willen we een Belgische ZZP'er via een Nederlandse BV uitlenen aan een Belgische BV. Hoe moeten wij en de ZZP'er nu de BTW verwerken? De zzp'er 0% btw op z'n factuur naar ons, intracommunautaire prestatie? Wij ook 0% btw naar opdrachtgever, intracommunautaire prestatie?
