      Hello, We would like to have an online shop that sells wine all over Netherlands. There will be no physical shop, only online. After checking the link below, it is still not clear to me if we require any kind of permit, especially for wines below 15% alcohol. Is that correct?\ For wines above 15% it is clear we need a "off-license" permit. If there is no physical shop, in which municipality do we check for permit? If we obtain it for one municipality, we can use it to sell all over Netherlands? KR, Marc
