      All, I am considering joining a small UK-registered start up as a co-founder / CEO I am based in the Netherlands currently, in a corporate job (30% ruling), and have a Verblijstitel valid until 2025 (I am a UK national) Any advice on 1) setting up a Netherlands subsidiary of the business so I can be employed and employ others here, 2) maintaining the 30% ruling for myself - assuming the right salary level, 3) other options to allow me to work for this company and remain in the Netherlands?
