dear all, i plan to start my food truck business and i have read about it carefully. but 2 questions: 1. should i buy my own truck and kiosk or can i rent ?? 2. i want to sell food on streets (no fixed place) is it better to apply for street trader's license or market trader's license? tanx for ur kind replies in advance
