Hi Everyone,
Apologies for the question in English.
I am currently working on putting together a little thematical e-commerce, selling high quality food products (sweet, savoury, condiments) to consumers.
These products are already packaged - I buy them from reputable suppliers, store and sell to customers.
As I am starting it from my own savings, my budget is limited and I would love to start it from home. I have a spare room, where I could store safely all the products, away from the sunlight, heat or cold, as they require.
I am waiting from my gemeente to confirm whether I can do it at my address.
But i now wonder if there is any other establishment that needs to align it with. since I am dealing with food. Do I need to register with NVWA or anyone else?
The finance advisor mentioned about potentially needing to do an official inventory management that ensurs the food safety for NVWA. Does anyone know anything about it and could suggest tools that do that?
If anyone has an experience in a similar field and format (selling food products from home), I would really appreciate it any leads or shares.
Thank you and have a good weekend!
