Boekhouder/accountant in Gouda

Dear all,

 

I have started my ZZP business and I'm looking for a good/proffesional/trustful bookkeper in Gouda, or in neighborhood. Can anybody recommend me someone? I would like to let him do all my administration including yearly statements and tax returns.

 

I already tried to look around, have some found bookkeepers already, got some offers, but I would like to have some recommendation. I heard horror stories about bad bookkeepers, about fines from Belastingdienst caused by mistakes, about high fees for doing nothing etc, so I'm kind of hesitant to get somebody on-board without a reference.

I am a bookkeeper in Enschede. Far from Gouda... I don't know any collegue over there. I have some ideas about how you can select the right bookkeper for you:

 

- References offcourse... what you are doing now.

- Do you understand if he explains you something about his profession?

- When will your annual account and taxes be ready?

- How can you keep track of your finances?

- Diploma's, insurance, staf, etc (everybody can call himself a bookkeeper)

 

Concerning price:

- Agree on a fixed price. Additional costs only allowd after the were approved by you.

- Will he charge for phone questions during the year? Or is this a service?

Ben je al eens bij de Open Coffee in Gouda of Waddinxveen geweest? Ik weet niet of daar ook boekhouders komen, maar er komen ongetwijfeld zzp'ers die een boekhouder hebben en die je meer kunnen vertellen over hun ervaringen.

Ik ken geen boekhouders in Gouda, maar ben je bang voor slechte boekhouders, dan kun je misschien risico beheersen door e.e.a. zelf te doen. Zelf inboeken van facturen in een boekhoudprogramma is niet moeilijk, geeft overzicht en kan kosten besparen. BTW aangifte kan je wellicht ook zelf doen. Alleen bij jaarafsluiting en IB-aangifte komt iets meer kijken... Er zijn vast wel boekhouders die obv. jouw administratie de boekhouding willen doen op zo'n manier dat je zelf kunt zien dat het goed zit...

@mmint: mischien een goede idee, en het kan ook geld sparen, maar ik ben ICt specialist. Ik will graag aan mijn core business specialiseeren and ik will graag een boekhouder zijn werk doen, als ik een goede vind :). Ik ben zelf altijd "scared" van paperwork ???
