problems with order by online publisher/printer

Hi,

My name is Nabil and i made an order for making 6 flags

I made my order and payed on wednsday 13 April under the order nummer 16822.

 

I advise no one to make any deal with those guys because you will loose time and your money..

 

Conclusion;

 

The Manager far to be a professional and try to be a guest and not a Manager as he sad:) by telling me find you self a solution after a big mestake done by the companie,the only think i understund that there is no solution and he said Sorry and there is no solution you order will be canceled and there is no solution find one for your self:)

its funny because i told him that im your guest not you, you are the one Mr Manager to find me a solution, i payed already 209,-euro to the company :)

I don't quite understand your message. What did you pay the € 209,- for (for what specific actually provided services so far?) and why are you not entitled to a full or partial refund?

Hi,

 

I payed 209,-by ideal to order printing flags, and i get automatic message said that i will get my order ready next couple of days..so i booket my flight to have theme before leaving the contry..

 

after waiting almost one week and before 4 days of my flight i did contact the company by my self to ask about my order, unfortunatly i had the Manager by phone which he explaine to me that my order was canceld..and he can do nothing about it,

Its not the first time that its happen its second time,

The way how he explaine to me wasnt at all professional and he said there is no solution,

im very sorry about the way how they treate costumers

I dont know if i will get my money, because there is no trust anymore from this guys.

Dear Nabil,

 

After a brief discussion with my fellow moderators we have decided to close this topic and remove the company name.

 

Main reason for this is that this is an entrepeneurs forum and not a complaint-site. Although we still have some ongoing and recently active complaint topics (mostly about possible acquisition fraud), we do not wish to evolve and support these kind of complaint topics any longer.

 

Also your case is likely to be a misunderstanding. If there were no services or products provided, you are entitled to a full refund.
