noise regulations, fire safety requirements

Good noon for everybody. I have some questions about setting up the store business(location The Hague), maybe somebody of you has some experience or could give the advice. If there any noise regulations, fire safety requirements, personal data regulations which we have to be responsible for?It'll be the store in a 340sq.m building with the accommodation i think no more 6-8 person at time.
