Hello

My company is based in the UK and we have employees based in Amsterdam.

In the UK we close our offices in December (for Christmas) for 3 days and its a statutory right to have our employees take this from their annual leave entitlement.

Do we have the right to do this for our Amsterdam team ?

Yes, but only if this is allowed in the Collective Labour Agreement ('CAO') or agreed in their employee contract.
