I would like to inquire about the most advisable legal structure for offering consultancy services in IT, specifically in the areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning. I am currently a PhD candidate at a university in the Netherlands, and I have received an opportunity to provide consultancy services in the field of AI for a private company. I am seeking guidance on the best legal approach to undertake, considering tax obligations. I possess a BSN number and a work permit, but I am a Polish citizen.
