Advice for a TussenHandeler

Hello,

 

Can anybody advice what rules applies for a TussenHandeler in the Netherlands. Tussenhandling buying and selling of international commodities like sugar, shea butter etc. Sourcing and product deliveries may not necessarily be only in the Netherlands. Does anyone here do thesame thing already?

Are you an import/export company or a stock (commodities) broker?

Thanks for responding. I intend to broker commodities(physical) not o the stock market.

And are the goods entering and leaving NL or is it through dropshipping?
