Ilja holds a Masters in Corporate Communication from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is also an NLP Masters Practitioner and Corporate Coachu U graduate. He studied focusing, hypnotherapy, inner child therapy and generative trance. In addition, he is also MBTI certified and holds a black belt in the martial art of Aikido.
