hi, sorry for the english but easier for me to communicate and i know most dutch wriet and speak very good english.
I have a distribution company ( BV ), 3 equal partners with no holdings ( at the moment ) above this rechtspersoon, turnover 3,500,000 with a 10 to 20% growth per year.
We are buying a new warehouse/offices price 1,000,000 and want to drop this into a holding between the werkmaatschappij and put the 3 owners into private holdings. I would like to know how do we avoid paying tax on the share difference.
