Hello, I am setting up a practice for Coaching and Coaching school in Netherlands, both will be part of the mental health sector. I am planning to start online and will cooperate with one clinic and an educational body, both located in South Africa. The area of advice that I am looking for is around the - legal set up of my own company - legal obligations and taxes concerning the invoices from and to abroad - legal obligations and taxes regarding the partnership with SA based Company - insurance that I would need (probably beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering) If anyone has a legal advisor to recommend or any experience to share on getting around the above points would be immensely appreciated!
