I've been working with many start-ups and I agree with most of the comments that the budget is not enough to start a new venture. Although, there are possibilities to do a good research first to find some resources who are willing to have a partnership pertaining to the organization goals. It may then be useful. I can jump on an online discussion if required so that the new start-ups can grow considering a good market strategy and limited budget. FYI, I am writing it in English because I am from India and don't know Dutch language. Sorry for that!
