Dear Community, I am a major shareholder and director of a Dutch BV. I have secured a contract to provide consultancy services in Germany. As part of the same I will need to be in Munich, Germany a few days a week. As such, I will need to travel by plane and stay in a hotel and eat my meals in Germany. I want to undertsand if I can claim the following as expenses in on my Dutch BV accomodation (Hotel or Airbnb) travel (air plane tickest) food resturants in Germany supermarkets in Germany food at Schipohol Airport The advise I have recieved by diffrent accontants contradicts each other and I am no utterly confused.
