Hi Hans, I've browsed the Government website extensively but didn't find a clear answer. Yes it says "If all managing partners in your general partnership are foreign, you will have to file your financial statements with KVK." but other websites state that at least one partner must be a Dutch resident. Can you perhaps clarify? Thanks.

Hello, I hope a question in English is ok. A friend and I registered a VOF in the Netherlands a few years ago, at the time we both lived and were registered there. We're non-Dutch EU citizens. I moved back to my home country two years ago (and I pay taxes with Belastingdienst as non-resident etc). This year my partner will likely move abroad as well (to another EU country). I don't understand what could happen to the VOF then, is it automatically dissolved? Are there more options? Thank you!
