      As of now not working for Netherlands company. Being a single share holder all the activities of the will be taken care of the person. I am not sure if there are any exceptions in this case or Director need to draw minimum salary as per KVK rules. Note: Company is in pre-revenue and would not have any income for at-least few months.

      What if DGA (100% share holding) of a Netherlands company is already employed in a foreign nation as fulltime employer in different company. Does he/she need to draw salary from his company?
