Hi it's a takeaway restaurant business and we have 50/50 partnership. On top of that we bought the business in 2018 and my other partner hasn't paid me any profit which is shown on the balance sheet until today. I don't know what should I do and how to recover the money I have put in the business and profit I should receive. I just found out today he put the business on deregistration. Any advice on what I can do would be great
