You could organize a small gathering with employees, shareholders, colleagues, and perhaps a few clients to mark the transition to the new brand. The old mugs could be offered as small keepsakes during the event, turning the leftover merchandise into something meaningful rather than waste. It could also be a nice way to strengthen relationships, bring people closer to the company, and celebrate the next chapter together.
