Geruisloze inbreng ZZP to BV

We have submitted our intention letter with all the necessary documents to the Belastingdienst about the geruisloze inbreng from ZZP to BV. However, we have still not received any reply from them about this. Does Belastingdienst gives a reply for this? If yes, how much time does it usually take?

They don't. They don't need to, since the burden of proof for sending it in time lies with you.

 

Also, the intention letter itself doesn't do anything on its own. You need a notary to establish the BV's.

 

And just a slight warning:

If this is a question that you need to ask, do you have any idea what the conditions are that are involved in a 'geruisloze inbreng'? What the next steps are? What fiscal implications are involved?

 

This is serious level tax law, usually not something you'd wanna try and tackle yourself unless you have a good understanding of Dutch tax law.

Joost RietveldWe received the confirmation letter from Belastingdienst about our application of changing the form of the company - ZZP to BV. The letter is in Dutch but it mentions the rules of the application of silent conversion.
