Hierbij wou ik bij de forum leden polsen wat ik het beste kan doen om een gepaste private investeerder te vinden, voor het onderstaande project. Kan via equity of convertible bonds (converteerbare lening), onderhandelbaar.

Project under a newly to set up SPV 50/50 sharing Joint Venture with globally integrated large Group, for enhanced credibility, guaranteed timely deliveries, coupled with enjoying all the Group's facilities, contractual handling by their staff, own refineries & exploitation, banking, hedge & risk management, standard C&F of CIF shipping with their own vessels, worldwide offices, private jets incl office facilities etc.  Modus operandi similar to f.e. Glencore, Trafigura ..  global outreach.  B2B and shiploads deliveries.

 

Product range:  Traditional energy Oil (crudes & refined) & Gas (LNG, LPG, CNG); Alternative energy (hydrogen own production & shipment, solar & wind farms, lithium); Grains & Urea and DAP bulk/bagged shipments f.e. 27,000MT ....

 

Fastest traction via buyers situated in EU f.e. Rotterdam & Antwerp Tank Farms & Bunker Dealers (bunkering fuel & also LNG & Biofuel bunkering)  Large ENGIE LNG terminal at Sea-Bruges ... The Philippines f.e. 50,000MT euro 4 diesel (spot & term) etc...

 

20 years expat experience in foreign markets with a.o. large European Oil & Gas Independent (several real crude NNPC contracts cfr 30,000 BPD basis, direct contact in Nigeria, Ghana with O&G importers, my wife & kid still in Lagos) own networks & team ...

Wat heb je zelf gedaan om investeerders te vinden? HL is geen platform waar zich investeerders aandienen.

Ben in onderhandeling met enkele partijen, maar misschien is er een forum lid die extra advies kan geven...  weet dat dit geen expliciet investeerder platform is .. indien u dit ongepast vindt kan u deze post verwijderen, geen probleem.

Inderdaad, advies is steeds welkom, gezien er nieuwe vennootschap structuur dient opgezet te worden ...      ik woonde meerdere jaren in NG (o.a. Lagos) vandaar mijn vrouw & dochter van 14 nog steeds aldaar, wegens covid etc niet opportuun ze momenteel te laten overkomen.

I think you have to meet private investers and fund managers who have large funds and offcourse they would looking for similar opportunites. what is the investment outlay you are looking for? if you menation this some of the members might have some clues who could help you. Some idead below could help you
