Medical Devices distribution in the Netherlands

Hello Friends, 

 

I have a Belgian company based in Antwerp. We are distributing medical devices in Belgium that are produced outside of the EU but have CE and FDA. I wanted to know if we need any licenses or registration in the Netherlands to start distributing in the Dutch market or if our CE and registration in Belgium are enough. Is there anybody to help?

Hi Amir,
According to your Linkedin page you are a distributor of dental implants and instruments?
I believe the implants can be sold in NL without extra registration. The instuments i am not really sure, depends on the instruments, but i cannot find anything about that on your site?
