We are a fairly new webshop and it is our first time selling in the EU. We are starting to get returns from non-EU countries and have to pay taxes to receive the return parcel. How do you handle returns from non-Eu countries? Is there a way to avoid the tax or possibility to reclaim it?

Simple. Returned products can be re-imported in the EU duty-free, providing you have evidence the returned goods are the same as the epxorted goods. I you already paid you can submit a reclaim.
