Tax and best solution

Hi all,

 

I have the change to start a busines in Finland (business is situated in Helsinki) and my customer will be in Zweden. I am living in the Netherlands and I was wondering what would be the best option (financially) for me ?

I need to be physically in zweden for the contract. This could pass the 182 days (still under negotion)

 

-I am flexible in moving abroad

To not live in either of those contries for more than 182 days due to high income taxes but for example in Estonia and setup a Estonian OÜ via Xolo.io.

Thanks ,it will be a subsidiary company which is based in Finland.
