      Naar ik begrijp is er fiscale wetgeving in de maak voor een zg Octrooibox (wacht op EU goedkeuring). Inkomsten in deze box zouden slechts 10% belast worden. Vraag 1: is dat voor zelfstandige ondernemers de eindheffing? Of is komt daar vervolgens nog de IB overheen? Vraag 2: gaat het alleen voor nieuwe octrooien gelden of of voor bestaande ?
