    1. concurrentiebeding na functie verandering

      specs plaatste een topic in Arbeidsrecht
      In mijn arbeidscontract staat dat je als filiaal houder een concurentiebeding hebt. Per 1 feb. 2007 is dit niet meer mijn functie (schiftelijk bevestigd door werkgever) maar verricht nog dezelfde handelingen met hetzelfde salaris. Geld een concurentiebeding dan nog wel als ik voor mij zelf wil beginnen?
