      Ik heb en pand in Box 1. Vastgoed. tbr aan mijn BV. Betaal huur over huuropbrengsten. Nu wil ik exploitatieverkopen en weet dat pand getaxeerd moet worden en over verschil moet afrekenen. (helaas). Pand kan ik aan aan nieuwe exploitant verhuren (dus Box III). deze nieuwe exploitant wil koopoptie op het pand. Verkoopprijs zal aanzienlijk hoger liggen maar koop zal vallen in of 2026 of 2027 (nieuwe stelsel). Waar doe ik nou wijs aan?
