KvK with RNI [Non-Residents Records]

Hi everyone! Soon I'll be moving to the Netherlands as a freelancer. Unfortunately i don't have a place where i can stay for the moment so I'm going to ask for an RNI, but at the same time I have to registrate to the KVK. So I'm asking: can I registrate with the BSN (from the RNI) to the KVK ?

in short: if you do not have a permanent address in NL they ask for one abroad.

I'm sure KvK can inform you about exact details on what to do.

but when i will subscribe at the RNI they will gave my a temporary BSN, so i can use it for registrate myself at the KVK?
