Alternative Medicine business

Hello guys

I recently moved to the Netherlands and I am about the become self employed as a therapist in alternative medicine. Can anyone tell me what legal structure I have to choose? Also if there are any requirements I have to meet? (Like certain certifikates)

I would go with a sole proprietorship, but I am not sure, since it would be health related

In respect of requirements you should be aware of a particular Dutch law called 'Wkkgz'.

 

Maybe the sites (unfortunately in Dutch) of CAT and the Dutch Company House i.e., 'KVK' can assist you in figuring out what's required.
