I reached out here on this forum as a serious professional. I need to understand if there are any particulars when it comes down to contracts in the Netherlands hence I joined this forum. I could have joined an international one but I didn't because I am located in NL.

 

Thanks a lot but your answer doesn't help. 

If you are a serious professional, maybe you should know better than to ask for a copy paste diy contract example in a foreign language and judicial system. You might be better off hiring a professional to write a contract for you to suit your needs and risks.
